Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to the customer's bank account or UPI after the required details are provided.
